People of Iraqi origins
1- Foreigners of Iraqi origin must provide proof of their Iraqi nationality through any of the following documents: (Iraqi passport, civil ID card, nationality certificate, national ID card, Iraqi birth certificate) taking into account that the information of the document matches the foreign passport. In the case of a name change, a court legal proof must be submitted.
2- For the progeny of Iraqis who do not hold any Iraqi documents, they must submit a foreign birth certificate, provided that the information matches the Iraqi documents of the father or mother.
3- Please complete the requirements for obtaining an entry visa below.
The requirements:
1- Fill out the form below for the entry visa accurately (do not write by hand). Please make sure to sign the last page and confirm the date.
2- Two recent photographs with a white background.
3- A colored copy of the first page of the passport.
Notes:
The passport can be sent with the attachments by mail. Making sure to attach a paid return mail envelope with the proper address of the applicant, knowing that the consulate is not responsible for the loss of the contents of the postal envelope.
If any of the requirements above are missing a transaction will be cancelled.
The processing of entry visa transactions takes 15 business days from the date of receiving the application.
