Iraq Participates in World Maritime Day Celebrations at IMO Headquarters in London

The Republic of Iraq participated in the World Maritime Day celebrations hosted by Mr Arsenio Dominguez, Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), at the Organization’s headquarters in London.

The Republic of Iraq was represented at the event, on behalf of the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq to the International Maritime Organization, by the Maritime Attaché, Captain Mazen Al-Kaabi.

The Maritime Attaché extended his congratulations to the Secretary-General on the occasion and reaffirmed the Republic of Iraq’s commitment, through its Permanent Mission to the International Maritime Organization, to active participation in the various events and activities organised by the IMO
