Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in London Hosts University of Westminster Students

As part of the Embassy’s efforts to strengthen public diplomacy and build cultural bridges, the Iraqi Embassy in London hosted a group of students from University of Westminster from various academic fields including law, politics and international relations among others, in an introductory seminar presented by Counsellor Atheer Alsaedy, Head of Economic Section and First Secretary Haider Isam, Head of Media Section.

The seminar included an overview of recent developments in Iraq, including efforts to reinforce the foundations of stability, security, and economic progress, as well as the diplomatic tools used to advance national interests. It also highlighted the deep historical relationships between Iraq and the United Kingdom in political, economic, and cultural domains.

At the end of the event, the students expressed their gratitude to the Embassy for the invaluable experience and warm hospitality.
