ANNOUNCEMENT/ Registration Of Missing Persons

In implementation of the Yazidi Survivors Law No. 8 of 2021, Article (V/VII) thereof, which stipulates the following: (The General Directorate of Survivors Affairs undertakes to achieve its objectives by searching for abducted Yazidi, Turkmen, Christian and Shabak men, women and children, whose fate is still unknown in coordination with the competent authorities inside and outside the Iraq and the families of the victims, addressing their legal situation and granting them benefits and compensation to them or their families in accordance with the relevant laws),

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq announces the registration form for missing persons in accordance with Law No. (8) of 2021 published on the official website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs / General Directorate of Survivors Affairs, in order to register and collect data for the components stipulated in the law (the subject of the research), for the purpose of searching for their fate with all local and international competent authorities.
