The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to the United Kingdom participates in the opening of the World Education Forum EWF 2024

The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in the United Kingdom participated in the opening of the Global Education Forum EWF 2024 under the slogan: (Encouraging understanding of artificial intelligence, building human relationships and resilience, and accelerating climate action. How should we prioritize policy implementation for stronger, bolder and better education?) , which was held in London on Monday, 20/05/2024.

A delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, headed by His Excellency Minister Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, and a delegation from the Ministry of Education headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Scientific Affairs, Mr. Mahdi Saleh Al-Awadi, participated in the activities of the forum.

Education ministers from around the world discussed education issues from primary education to vocational and university education, and the EWF focused on how to prioritize and develop actions that need to be taken, not only for stronger and better education, but for contributing to building a better world.

The World Education Forum is the world’s largest gathering of education ministers, and the three-day event in London provides important opportunities for peer networking and learning for ministers from around the world and to discuss the most pressing issues in education.
