Documentation required for the issuance of a Notification and Depose of the representative (proxy):

1- Original of the Identity of the Iraqi Civil Status and a copy of it.

2- Original of the Iraqi Nationality Certificate and a copy of it.

3- A copy of the previous power of attorney document authorizing the representative, aiming to depose the representative (proxy).

4- The full address of the deposed representative (neighbourhood-street house number).

5- (4) recent and colour photos (white background) of the client.
