Announcement of a public tender (1/2024) for the automation project of the Ministry of Communications and its subsidiaries (equipping, installation, operation, training and technical support) (in the two-phase method)
ITPC , one of the Ministry’s formations, is pleased to invite all Iraqi, Arab and foreign specialized companies to submit their Technical offer for the automation project of the Ministry of Communications and its subsidiaries, and it is possible to obtain the conditions of the announcement by sending your authorized with the official authorization letter to the company’s headquarters located in Baghdad / Abu Nawas Street, – Contracts Department to purchase tender documents for an amount of (5,000,000) five million Iraqi dinars only, non-refundable. respond and accept bids until( 12 PM ) on 30/5/2024, and the technical bids will be opened on the same day, and the companies which winning in the first stage will be notified to complete the requirements, technical specifications and estimated cost that will be adopted definitively according to the method of contracting in two stages for the purpose of submitting commercial bids, provided that inside a closed envelope on which the name of the tender is written, mentioning the company’s name, its number, the full address and the statement of the website in the documents Bid, name, And the number and e-mail of the person authorized to follow up the inquiries related to the tender and the applicant company signs and seals all tender papers with the determination of the validity of the tender by (180) days from the date of closing the tender and will neglect the bid that does not meet the technical, financial and legal conditions required, and for more information contact the phone numbers 07800040111-07722220062 or review the website www.itpc.gov.iq

يسر الشركة العامة للاتصالات والمعلوماتية احدى تشكيلات الوزارة دعوة جميع الشركات المختصة العراقية والعربية والاجنبية لتقديم عرضها الفني لمشروع اتمتة وزارة الاتصالات والشركات التابعة لها وبالامكان الحصول على شروط الاعلان عن طريق ارسال مخولكم مع كتاب التخويل الرسمي الى مقر الشركة الكائنة في بغداد / شارع ابو نؤاس مجاور فندق بغداد – قسم العقود لشراء وثائق المناقصة لقاء مبلغ قدره ( 5000000 ) خمسة ملايين دينار عراقي فقط غير قابل للرد وتقبل العطاءات لغاية الساعة ( الثانية عشر ظهراً ) من يوم 30/ 5/ 2024 وسيتم فتح العطاءات الفنية في نفس اليوم وسيتم تبليغ الشركات صاحبة العطاءات الفنية الفائزة في المرحلة الاولى لاستكمال المتطلبات والمواصفات الفنية والكلفة التخمينية التي ستعتمد بصورة نهائية وفقاً لاسلوب التعاقد بمرحلتين لغرض تقديم العطاءات التجارية ، على ان تقدم العطاءات الفنية داخل ظرف مغلق مكتوب عليه اسم المناقصة مع ذكر اسم الشركة والرقم الخاص بها والعنوان الكامل وبيان الموقع الالكتروني في وثائق العطاء واسم ورقم والبريد الالكتروني للشخص المخول عن متابعة الاستفسارات التي تخص العطاء وتقوم الشركة المتقدمة بتوقيع وختم اوراق العطاءات كافة مع تحديد نفاذية العطاء ب ( 180 ) يوم من تاريخ غلق المناقصة وسيهمل العطاء غير المستوفي الشروط الفنية والمالية والقانونية المطلوبة , ولمزيد من المعلومات الاتصال على ارقام الهواتف 07800040111-07722220062 او مراجعة الموقع الالكتروني … www.itpc.gov.iq مع التقدير .
