الحجز الالكتروني لمواعيد المعاملات القنصلية
تهدي سفارة جمهورية العراق في أوتاوا أطيب تحياتها إلى أبناء الجالية العراقية الكريمة ونظرًا لاعتماد نظام الحجز الالكتروني المسبق في كافة البعثات الدبلوماسية العراقية ، تعلن عن الشروع باعتماد هذا النظام لإنجاز المعاملات القنصلية وإصدار الجواز الإلكتروني اعتباراً من 25/8/2025، و لغرض تسهيل الإجراءات و تقليل أوقات الانتظار لمواطنينا الكرام لذا تدعو السفارة الجالية العراقية الكريمة إلى متابعة مقطع الفيديو التوضيحي ادناه والذي يشرح بشكل مفصل آلية الحجز الإلكتروني للخدمات القنصلية وإصدار الجواز الإلكتروني.
خطوات الحجز الإلكتروني للخدمات القنصلية والجوازات

- الدخول إلى الرابط أعلاه.
- تحديد السفارة المطلوبة (سفارة جمهورية العراق في أوتاوا).
- اختيار نوع الخدمة القنصلية المطلوبة: الجواز الإلكتروني/ وكالة عامة / وكالة خاصة / التصديقات / شهادات الحياة والإقرارات الخطية / عدم محكومية / كتب التأييد/ بيانات الولادات وشهادات الوفيات / جواز المرور / الإنذار وعزل الوكيل.
- إدخال البريد الإلكتروني لصاحب المعاملة SMALL LATTERS، وتاريخ الميلاد، ثم إدخال رمز التحقق المرسل إلى البريد الإلكتروني لصاحب المعاملة.
- إدخال المعلومات الشخصية والعنوان ومعلومات التواصل بدقة لصاحب المعاملة.
- تأكيد الحجز واستلام إشعار الحجز الإلكتروني.
- عند الحضور لمبنى السفارة في الموعد المحدد يرجى اظهار اشعار الموعد المرسل لصاحب المعاملة حصراً عبر البريد الالكتروني الذي يحتوي على الـ(QR code) لموظف الاستعلامات لقراءتها ألكترونياًُ ليتم توجيهه الى القسم المختص.
ملاحظات مهمة
- الحجز مجاني، والخدمة تهدف إلى تسهيل الإجراءات وتقليل أوقات الانتظار.
- الحجز الإلكتروني إلزامي، اعتباراً من تاريخ 25/8/2025.
- يجب أن يكون الحجز باسم صاحب المعاملة حصراً، ولكل معاملة ولكل فرد من أفراد الأسرة يجب ان يكون لديه حجز مستقل خاص باسمه، ففي حالة بيان الولادة على سبيل المثال يكون الحجز باسم المولود مع ذكر باقي متطلبات الاب (البريد الالكتروني ورقم الهاتف) وكذلك باقي المعاملات يكون لها حجز مستقل ايضاً حتى في حال مراجعتهم في ذات اليوم ، وفي حالة بيان الولادة مع وكالة خاصة فيجب ان يكون لكل معاملة حجز منفصل وبنفس التاريخ.
- يرجى الحضور بالموعد المحدد مع كافة الوثائق المطلوبة (أصل + استنساخ)، بما فيها إشعار الحجز الذي يحتوي على الـ(QR code)، ويجب التأكد من صحة المعلومات المدخلة لتجنب تأخير المعاملة.
- لا يمكن تأجيل او إلغاء الموعد بعد تثبيته، وفي حال عدم الحضور في الموعد المحدد لأي سبب، يلغى الحجز وسوف يتطلب انشاء حجز موعد جديد.
- يرجى استخدام البريد الإلكتروني ومعلومات الاتصال الشخصية الفعالة فقط، حيث أن إدخال معلومات لأطراف أخرى او غير فعالة قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الموعد.
- -المواعيد التي تقع في أيام العطل الرسمية في العراق وكندا وكذلك العطل التي يتم الإعلان عنها عبر المواقع الرسمية للسفارة يصار إلى إعادة جدولة تلك المواعيد بأيام أخرى، وسيتم إشعار المواطن عبر البريد الالكتروني المسجل للمعاملة.

The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ottawa extends its best regards to the esteemed Iraqi community.
Considering the adoption of the prior electronic reservation system in all Iraqi diplomatic missions, this Embassy hereby announces the implementation of this system for the completion of consular services and the issuance of the electronic passport as of 25/8/2025.For the purpose of facilitating procedures and reducing waiting times for our valued citizens, this Embassy therefore invites the esteemed Iraqi community to watch the explanatory video below, which provides in detail the steps of electronic reservation for consular services and the issuance of the electronic passport.
Steps to Book an Electronic Appointment for Consular Services

- Access the above-mentioned link.
- Select the required Embassy (Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ottawa).
- Choose the type of consular service required: Electronic Passport / General Power of Attorney / Special Power of Attorney / Legalizations / Life Certificates and Statutory Declarations / Police Clearance / Letters of Endorsement / Birth Certificates and Death Certificates / Laissez-Passer / Notice and Revocation of Power of Attorney.
- Enter the email address of the applicant in small letters, along with the date of birth, then enter the verification code sent to the applicant’s email address.
- Enter the personal information, address, and contact details of the applicant accurately.
- Confirm the appointment and receive the electronic appointment notification.
- Upon arrival at the Embassy premises on the scheduled date, please present the appointment notification sent exclusively to the applicant via email, which contains the QR code, to the reception officer for electronic scanning in order to be directed to the competent department.
Important Notes
- The reservation is free of charge, and the service is intended to facilitate procedures and reduce waiting times.
- Electronic reservation is mandatory as of 25/08/2025.
- The reservation must be made exclusively in the name of the applicant, and each transaction and each family member must have a separate reservation in his or her own name. For example, in the case of a birth certificate, the reservation must be made in the name of the newborn, while also providing the father’s remaining requirements (email address and telephone number). Likewise, all other transactions must have an independent reservation, even if the appointments fall on the same day. In the event of a birth certificate together with a special power of attorney, each transaction must have a separate reservation on the same date.
- Attendance at the scheduled appointment must be with all the required documents (original + copy), including the reservation notification containing the QR code. The accuracy of the information entered must be ensured to avoid delays in the transaction.
- An appointment cannot be postponed or canceled after confirmation. In the event of non-attendance at the scheduled time for any reason, the reservation will be canceled and a new appointment must be booked.
- Only valid personal email addresses and contact information of the applicant must be used. Entering the information of other parties or invalid information may lead to the cancellation of the appointment.
- Appointments that fall on official holidays in Iraq and Canada, as well as holidays announced through the official platforms of the Embassy, will be rescheduled to other days, and the applicant will be notified via the registered email address for the transaction.
