نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجيَّة يلتقي مفوضة الشراكات الدوليَّة في الإتحاد الأوروبيّ
إلتقى نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجيَّة فؤاد حسين، بتأريخ 2023/3/20، مع مفوضة الشراكات الدوليَّة في الإتحاد الأوروبيّ السيّدة يوتاه أوربلاينن، على هامش إجتماعات الدورة الثالثة لمجلس التعاون بين العراق والإتحاد الأوروبيّ، المُنعقدة في العاصمة بروكسل.
وجرى خلال اللقاء التباحث حول المواضيع ذات الاهتمام المُشترَك، ومن بينها تعزيز دور القطاع الخاص في العراق، والتحوّل نحو الإقتصاد الأخضر والطاقة المتجددة، ورقمنة الإقتصاد العراقيّ في القطاع الماليّ والتجاريّ والزراعيّ وقطاع الطاقة، والمُساعدة في بناء القدرات والبنى التحتية وبالأخص دعم شريحتي الشباب والمرأة، كما تم التأكيَّد على ضرورة انضمام العراق إلى المُؤسسات الماليَّة للإتحاد الأوروبيّ مثل المصرف الأوروبيّ لإعادة البناء والتنميَّة ومصرف الاستثمار الأوروبيّ، لما في ذلك من دور مهم في كسب ثقة المستثمرين الأوروبيين ودعم وتسهيل عمليَّة الإستثمار في العراق.
وأكَّد الجانبان على أهميَّة اللجنة الرابعة للتعاون الإنمائيّ المنبثقة عن إتفاق الشراكة والتعاون التي تم الإعلان عن تأسيسها خلال إجتماعات مجلس التعاون، وشدد الجانبان على تنسيق التعاون بين الجانبين والإتفاق على عقد الإجتماع الأول لرئيسي اللجنة وأعضائها في أقرب فرصة ممكنة من أجل وضع ملامح وخطط التعاون.
هذا وحضر الإجتماع وكيل وزارة البيئة ورئيس دائرة أوروبا وسفير جُمْهُوريَّة العراق لدى الإتحاد الأوروبيّ، ومدير عام الصندوق العراقيّ للتنمية الخارجيَّة وممثل حكومة إقليم كوردستان في بروكسل.
