وأكّد السيّد الوزير على أهمّيَّة التعاون في مجال مُكافحة الفساد، ودعم جُهُود العراق في استرداد الأموال المسروقة والمطلوبين بجرائم الفساد.
وتطرق الجانبان إلى نتائج الزيارة التي إجراءها رئيس مجلس الوزراء السيّد محمد شياع السودانيّ والوفد المُرافق له إلى ألمانيا، وأكَّد السيّد الوزير على جدية الحكومة العراقيَّة في تنفيذ مُذكرات التفاهم المُبرمة مع الشركات الألمانيَّة، وما انطوت عليه من فقرات مهمة ستسهم في تطوير قطاع الكهرباء ومُعالجة المشاكل التي تعاني منها منظومة الكهرباء.
