Method of Contracting: Announcement of a Public tender (first time).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq announces a tender to conclude the Health Insurance Contract to cover treatment fees of the ministry’s employees and their families working at our missions abroad based on the article (17) of Foreign service instructions No. (1) of 2010 ,on the operating budget. Accredited companies in the field of health insurance who wish to participate in this tender may visit our mission (Embassy) in London Address

to receive all tender documents and requirements in return of paying an amount of (1008) nonrefundable. Biddings shall be submitted in closed and sealed envelope to our embassy in London and a receipt will be given to confirm the receiving envelopes with an expiration period not less than (180) days starting from date of tender closure on (Friday), 2:00 p.m. the 20/5/2022 Biddings must be accompanied by preliminary deposit of (160,000) One hundred and sixty thousand U.S dollar.
We would like to inform you that a conference will be help at our embassy in London on (Wednesday), 11:00 A.M. (London time) the 27/4/2022, to answers any questions and queries by the applicant companies. The bidding will be opened by the tender Opening Committee at the same day of tender closure. Bids that shall not meet the conditions mentioned in the announcement or those stated the tender documents, will be excluded. bids later than the stipulated time will be rejected. In event that closing bid date coincides with an official holiday, the next working day will be the date of bid deadline. The winning bidder shall pay the announcement and advertisement fees.
