In view of the announcement by the Government of the Republic of Poland that the country is facing the situation of the spread of the epidemic threat due to the spread of the virus (Covid-19) known as the krona, and in view of the package of preventive measures taken by the Polish government, and in support of these measures and to protect the staff of the mission and the children of the Iraqi community residing in the Republic of Poland and to protect Polish citizens Employees within the embassy staffing career, and foreigners who review the embassy, ​​the embassy has decided to take a number of preventive measures to support the Polish government mobilization effort and in compliance with the laws issued by the Polish government and to preserve the integrity of the embassy. We employed, our citizens, and the sons of the Republic of Poland (the host country) and foreigners, as follows:

Specifying one day per week (on Tuesday) from (10: 00-13: 00) at noon to conduct all consular labor for the children of the Iraqi community in general, either as for the rest of the consular transactions that do not require the presence of the personal citizen, the necessary action will be taken regarding them throughout the week and a receiving mechanism And the delivery of these transactions will be via e-mail ([email protected] and all transactions that do not require the presence of the Iraqi citizen will be completed online.
