Iraqi Ambassador to Malaysia Meets His Iranian Counterpart in Kuala Lumpur

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Malaysia, Mr. Adnan Mhalhal Al Maajoon, met on October 10, 2026, with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Malaysia, Mr. Valiollah Mohammadi, at the Iranian Embassy premises in the capital, Kuala Lumpur.

The Iranian Ambassador extended his congratulations to Ambassador Al Maajoon on assuming his duties, wishing him success and prosperity in his diplomatic mission.

During the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of enhancing mutual cooperation, maintaining continuous communication and coordination, and exchanging views on issues of common interest.

This aims to bolster the ties of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran, serving the shared interests of both peoples.
