Ambassador Adnan Al-Mhalhal Meets with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Malaysia

His Excellency Mr. Adnan Mhalhal Al-Mhalhal, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Malaysia, met on Thursday, 10 September 2026, with His Excellency Dr. Waleed Al-Manea, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Malaysia. The meeting was held at the main premises of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Kuala Lumpur.

At the outset of the meeting, H.E. Dr. Al-Manea extended his congratulations and best wishes to H.E. Ambassador Al-Mhalhal on the commencement of his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq to Malaysia, wishing him every success in the discharge of his official duties. He also expressed his readiness to provide support and assistance, including through sharing his experiences and insights gained during his diplomatic service in Malaysia, in the spirit of the fraternal relations that bind the Republic of Iraq and the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as in support of joint Arab action.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for a brief exchange of views on prospects for future cooperation on a number of issues of mutual interest.

At the conclusion of the meeting, H.E. Ambassador Al-Mhalhal expressed his appreciation to his Bahraini counterpart, H.E. Dr. Al-Manea, for his warm hospitality and gracious reception, as well as for the opportunity to hold the meeting.
