تهديكم سفارة جمهورية العراق أطيب التحيات،
ونود إعلامكم بأن وزارة الهجرة والمهجرين العراقية أطلقت خدمة إلكترونية جديدة تهدف إلى تقليل مراجعات المواطنين داخل العراق، وتمكينهم من تقديم الطلبات والاستفسارات عن بُعد والاستفادة منها بسهولة عبر المنصة الإلكترونية المخصصة لذلك.
وتأتي هذه الخدمة ضمن توجهات الحكومة العراقية في تطوير آليات التواصل مع المواطنين خارج العراق، ولا سيما ما يتعلق بـ الاستشارات الخاصة بموضوع العودة إلى العراق، بالإضافة إلى الاستفسارات والمعاملات الأخرى المرتبطة بوزارة الهجرة والمهجرين والخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين خارج الوطن.

the Iraqi Community in Bern
The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq presents its warmest greetings and would like to inform the honorable Iraqi community that the Ministry of Migration and Displacement has launched a new electronic service aimed at reducing the need for Iraqi citizens to visit government offices inside Iraq.
This service allows Iraqis abroad to submit requests and inquiries remotely, enabling them to benefit from the platform easily and directly.
This initiative is part of the Iraqi government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen communication with citizens living outside the country, particularly regarding consultations related to returning to Iraq, in addition to other inquiries and services offered by the Ministry of Migration and Displacement.

Ankündigung an die irakische Gemeinschaft in Bern
Die Botschaft der Republik Irak übermittelt ihre herzlichen Grüße und möchte die geschätzte irakische Gemeinschaft darüber informieren, dass das irakische Ministerium für Migration und Vertreibung einen neuen elektronischen Service gestartet hat. Dieser Service soll die Notwendigkeit verringern, dass iraqkische Bürgerinnen und Bürger behördliche Einrichtungen im Irak persönlich aufsuchen müssen.
Der neue Dienst ermöglicht es im Ausland lebenden Irakerinnen und Irakern, Anträge und Anfragen aus der Ferne einzureichen und die angebotenen Leistungen bequem und direkt in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Diese Initiative ist Teil der Bemühungen der irakischen Regierung, die Kommunikation mit im Ausland lebenden Staatsangehörigen zu verbessern – insbesondere in Bezug auf Beratungen zur möglichen Rückkehr in den Irak sowie weitere Anliegen und Dienstleistungen des Ministeriums für Migration und Vertreibung.
