Acting Chargé d’Affaires Meets Head of the Middle East and North Africa Division

The Chargé d’Affaires, Dr. Mohammad Jawad Mahdi, met with Ambassador Monica Schmitz Kirgoz on Friday, February 7, 2025.

During the meeting, Dr. Mahdi extended his congratulations to Ambassador Kirgoz on assuming her new duties and discussed ways to strengthen and develop relations between the two friendly countries.

The discussions also covered the outcomes of the high-level Iraqi delegation’s visit to the World Economic Forum in Davos, as well as various issues of mutual interest.
