تعلن شركة نفط الجنوب، إحدى تشكيلات وزارة النفط في جمهورية العراق، وبموجب الصلاحيات المخولة لها ووفقاً للضوابط والتعليمات النافذة، عن طرح مناقصة عامة (محلية/دولية) لتجهيز مرسلات ضغط ومرسلات فرق ضغط من النوع الذكي (Smart Pressure & Differential Pressure Transmitters)، وذلك وفق المواصفات الفنية والشروط التعاقدية المحددة ضمن وثائق المناقصة.

تدعو الشركة جميع الشركات والمجهزين والمصنعين ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص، ممن تتوفر لديهم الكفاءة الفنية والملاءة المالية، إلى تقديم عروضهم وفقاً للشروط والأحكام المبينة في مستندات المناقصة.

كما يمكن للراغبين بالمشاركة الاطلاع على جميع التفاصيل والمواصفات والشروط الفنية والقانونية من خلال الملف المرفق،.

إن تقديم العطاءات يعني قبولاً كاملاً وغير مشروط بجميع متطلبات وشروط المناقصة، ويخضع لتعليمات العقود الحكومية النافذة في جمهورية العراق، مع احتفاظ الجهة المالكة بحقها في قبول أو رفض أي عرض دون إبداء الأسباب، وبما يحقق المصلحة العامة.

The South Oil Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Oil of the Republic of Iraq, hereby announces, under its authorized powers and in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions, a public tender (local/international) for the supply of Smart Pressure Transmitters and Differential Pressure Transmitters, in accordance with the technical specifications and contractual conditions outlined in the tender documents.

Qualified and experienced companies, suppliers, and manufacturers with proven technical competence and financial capability are hereby invited to submit their bids in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the tender documents.

Submission of a bid shall be deemed as full and unconditional acceptance of all tender requirements and conditions. The tender shall be governed by the applicable governmental contracting regulations of the Republic of Iraq. The contracting authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without stating reasons, in a manner that serves the public interest.
