الحجز الإلكتروني للخدمات القنصلية في القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تورنتو

تُهدي القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تورنتو اطيب تحياتها إلى جميع أبناء الجالية العراقية الكريمة، وتُعلن عن اعتماد نظام الحجز الإلكتروني المسبق لإتمام المعاملات القنصلية واعتباراً من 02/06/2025.
وتدعو جميع المواطنين إلى متابعة مقطع الفيديو التوضيحي أدناه والذي يشرح بشكلٍ مفصل آلية الحجز الإلكتروني للخدمات القنصلية.
خطوات الحجز الإلكتروني للخدمات القنصلية :

• الدخول إلى الرابط: https://icass.mofa.gov.iq
• اختيار اسم البعثة: (القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تورنتو).
• تحديد نوع الخدمة القنصلية المطلوبة: ( وكالة عامة / وكالة خاصة / شهادات الحياة/ عدم محكومية / تصديقات/ كتب تأييد/ جواز مرور/بيان ولادة/شهادة وفاة).
• إدخال البريد الإلكتروني وتاريخ الميلاد، ثم إدخال رمز التحقق المُرسل إلى البريد الإلكتروني.
• إدخال المعلومات الشخصية والعنوان ومعلومات التواصل بدقة.
• تأكيد الحجز واستلام إشعار الموعد عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
  ملاحظات مهمة:
• الحجز الإلكتروني إلزامي، ولن يتم استقبال أي مراجع بدون حجز مسبق اعتباراً من تاريخ 2025/06/02.
• يجب أن يكون الحجز باسم صاحب المعاملة حصراً، ويُشترط أن يكون لكل فرد من أفراد الأسرة حجز مستقل حتى في حال مراجعتهم في اليوم نفسه.
• يُرجى الحضور قبل 30 دقيقة عن الموعد المحدد مع كافة الوثائق المطلوبة، ويجب التأكد من صحة المعلومات المدخلة لتجنب تأخير المعاملة.
• لا يمكن تأجيل أو إلغاء الموعد بعد تثبيته، وفي حال عدم الحضور في الموعد المحدد لأي سبب، يجب حجز موعد جديد من خلال المنصة الإلكترونية.
• يُرجى استخدام بريدك الإلكتروني ومعلومات الاتصال الشخصية فقط، حيث أن إدخال معلومات لأطراف أخرى قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الموعد.
• الحجز مجاني، والخدمة تهدف إلى تسهيل الإجراءات وتقليل أوقات الانتظار.

Steps to Book an Electronic Appointment:

2. Select the mission name: “General Consulate of Iraq – Toronto”
3. Choose the required consular service type: (General Power of Attorney / Special Power of Attorney / Life Certificates / No Criminal Record Certificates / Certifications / Endorsement Letters / Emergency Travel Document / Birth Certificate and Death Certificate).
4. Enter your email address and date of birth, then input the verification code sent to your email.
5. Accurately fill in personal information, address, and contact details.
6. Confirm the appointment and receive the appointment notification via email.
   Important Notes:
   • Electronic booking is mandatory; no walk-in services will be accepted without a prior appointment starting from June 02, 2025.
   • Appointments must be made in the name of the individual requiring the service; each family member must have a separate appointment, even if attending on the same day.
   • Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time with all required documents; ensure the accuracy of entered information to avoid delays.
   • Appointments cannot be rescheduled or canceled once confirmed. If you miss your appointment for any reason, you must book a new appointment through the electronic platform.
   • Use your own email and personal contact information only; entering information for others may lead to appointment cancellation.
