القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن تقدم خدمة ميدانية لحالة إنسانية خاصة

في إطار توجيهات معالي وزير الخارجية، وحرصًا من القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن – تكساس على تسهيل وتيسير تقديم الخدمات القنصلية لأبناء الجالية العراقية الكريمة، وبمتابعة مباشرة من القائم بالأعمال، بادرت القنصلية إلى تقديم خدمة قنصلية ميدانية لحالة إنسانية خاصة.

وفي هذا الإطار، أوفدت القنصلية سكرتير أول السيد محمد منعم ضامن إلى المستشفى، لإنجاز المعاملة الخاصة لمواطنة عراقية مسنّة ترقد في المستشفى لتلقي العلاج، وذلك مراعاةً لظروفها الصحية والإنسانية، وتيسيرًا لإتمام معاملتها دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة مقر القنصلية.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة تأكيدًا لحرص القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن على مواصلة تقديم الخدمات القنصلية للمواطنين وتيسير معاملاتهم، ومتابعة شؤونهم في مختلف الظروف، ولا سيما الحالات الإنسانية والصحية الخاصة، بما يعكس اهتمام القنصلية بأبناء الجالية العراقية وحرصها على الوقوف إلى جانبهم

Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston Provides Field Consular Service for a Special Humanitarian Case

In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and as part of the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston, Texas’s commitment to facilitating and streamlining the provision of consular services to members of the Iraqi community, and under the direct follow-up of the Acting Chargé d’Affaires, the Consulate initiated a field consular service for a special humanitarian case.

In this regard, the Consulate dispatched First Secretary Mr. Mohammed Monam Dhamin to the hospital to complete the necessary consular procedures for an elderly Iraqi citizen who is currently hospitalized receiving medical treatment. This initiative was undertaken in consideration of her health and humanitarian circumstances and to facilitate the completion of her transaction without requiring her to visit the Consulate’s premises.

This initiative reaffirms the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston’s commitment to continuing to provide consular services to Iraqi citizens, facilitating their transactions, and following up on their affairs under all circumstances, particularly in special humanitarian and health-related cases. It also reflects the Consulate’s care for members of the Iraqi community and its commitment to standing by them and supporting them whenever needed.
