شارك القائم بالأعمال المؤقت في القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تكساس – هيوستن، السيد قتيبة خالد صالح، يوم 27/8/2026، الاحتفال بمناسبة عيد استقلال أوكرانيا، بحضور عدد من رؤساء وأعضاء البعثات الدبلوماسية المعتمدة في ولاية تكساس الأمريكية.

وتضمنت مراسم الاحتفال كلمةً القاء القنصل العام الأوكراني السيد فيتالي موشكيفسكي بهذه المناسبة، أعقبتها وقفة تكريمية تعبيراً عن التضامن والتقدير للشعب الاوكراني.

وتأتي مشاركة القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن في إطار حرصها على تعزيز التواصل الدبلوماسي، وتبادل الحضور الرسمي في المناسبات الوطنية، وتوطيد علاقات التعاون والتنسيق مع البعثات الدبلوماسية والجهات الرسمية في ولاية تكساس.

The Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston, Texas, participates in Ukraine’s Independence Day celebrations

On August 27, 2026, Mr. Qutaiba Khaled Saleh, the Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston, Texas, participated in the celebration of Ukraine’s Independence Day, in the presence of several heads and members of diplomatic missions accredited to the State of Texas.

The ceremony included a speech by the Ukrainian Consul General, Mr. Vitaliy Moshkivsky, followed by a moment of silence expressing solidarity and appreciation for the Ukrainian people.

The participation of the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston reflects its commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties, exchanging official representation at national events, and consolidating cooperation and coordination with diplomatic missions and official entities in the State of Texas.
