القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن تدعو أبناء الجالية العراقية للاستفادة من خدمة إصدار شهادة الأبوستيل المتنقلة (التصديق على الوثائق)
أعلمنا مكتب البعثات الأجنبية التابع لوزارة الخارجية في مدينة هيوستن عن قيام مكتب وزيرة خارجية ولاية تكساس (Texas Secretary of State) في مدينة اوستن، بتوفير خدمة إصدار شهادة التصديق على الوثائق الأبوستيل (Apostille) وذلك ضمن خدمة متنقلة الى مدينة هيوستن ولمدة يوم واحد فقط وذلك في يوم الأربعاء الموافق 26 آب 2026، من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً ولغاية 5:00 مساءً، في الموقع الاتي:

وفي هذا السياق، تدعو القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تكساس-هيوستن أبناء الجالية العراقية الكرام إلى الاستفادة من هذه الخدمة المتنقلة والتي تهدف الى تسهيل إجراءات تصديق الوثائق الرسمية الصادرة في ولاية تكساس مثل شهادات الميلاد، وعقود الزواج، والوصايا المُصادَق عليها من المحكمة، وذلك لاستخدامها خارج الولايات المتحدة. اذ يُطلب هذا النوع من التصديق عادةً للوثائق المتعلقة بالأعمال التجارية الدولية، والدراسة، والتبني، والزواج، وغيرها من المعاملات القانونية في الخارج.
وتجدر الإشارة الى أنه لن يتم استقبال أي مراجع دون موعد مسبق، كما أن عدد المواعيد محدود وسيُغلق باب الحجز قبل 72 ساعة من موعد المراجعة آنف الذكر. ويمكن للراغبين بحجز موعد

كما تهيب القنصلية بأبناء الجالية الكرام التأكد من استيفاء وثائقهم للشروط المطلوبة قبل موعد المراجعة، بما في ذلك، أن تكون الوثائق صادرة عن ولاية تكساس أو موثقة لدى كاتب عدل (Texas Notary Public). وإحضار رسالة تأكيد الموعد (مطبوعة أو على الهاتف المحمول)، وأن الحد الأقصى للوثائق المسموح بتقديمها في كل موعد، هو عشر (10) وثائق، كما يُرجى ألا يتجاوز عدد أفراد المجموعة الواحدة شخصين. علماً أن رسوم إصدار شهادة الأبوستيل تبلغ 15 دولاراً أمريكياً لكل وثيقة، ويتم تسديدها إلكترونياً قبل موعد المراجعة.

The Office of Foreign Missions of the U.S. Department of State in Houston (OFM) has informed the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq that the Office of Texas Secretary of State (SOS), based in Austin, will provide a mobile Apostille service in Houston for one day only, on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the following location:

In this regard, the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Texas–Houston invites members of the Iraqi community to benefit from this mobile service, which aims to facilitate the authentication of official documents issued in the State of Texas, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and probated wills, for use outside the United States. This type of authentication is commonly required for documents related to international business, education, adoption, marriage, and other legal matters abroad.
It should be noted that no applicants will be accepted without a prior appointment. Because appointment availability is limited, reservations close 72 hours before the event. Those wishing to reserve an appointment may do so through the following link:

The Consulate also urges members of the community to ensure that their documents meet all requirements prior to their appointment, including that the documents must be issued by the State of Texas or notarized by a Texas Notary Public. Applicants must bring their appointment confirmation (either printed or available on a mobile device). The maximum number of documents allowed per appointment is ten (10) documents, and groups should not exceed two individuals.
The Apostille fee is $15 USD per document, payable electronically before the appointment date.
