زيارة القنصل العام البريطاني إلى مقر القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن

استقبل القائم بالأعمال المؤقت، السيد قتيبة خالد صالح، في مقر القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن، يوم 6/5/2026، القنصل العام للمملكة المتحدة في هيوستن، السيد ريتشارد شاكليتون (Richard Shackleton)، وذلك في إطار زيارة رسمية تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين البعثات الدبلوماسية.
وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث سبل تطوير العمل القنصلي، وتبادل وجهات النظر حول عدد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، بما يسهم في تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية وخدمة المصالح المشتركة.

The Chargé d’Affaires ad interim, Mr. Qutaiba Khaled Salih, received at the premises of the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston on May 6, 2026, the Consul General of the United Kingdom in Houston, Mr. Richard Shackleton, as part of an official visit aimed at enhancing cooperation and coordination between diplomatic missions.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to further develop consular work and exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest, contributing to the strengthening of bilateral relations and the advancement of shared interests.
