القنصلية العراقية تنظم زيارة إلى مدينة دالاس

في إطار حرصها المستمر على تقديم افضل الخدمات لأبناء الجالية العراقية في مختلف الولايات الأمريكية، نظمت القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تكساس – هيوستن، برئاسة القائم بالأعمال المؤقت السيد قتيبة خالد صالح، وبمشاركة وفد قنصلي، زيارة ميدانية إلى مدينة دالاس للفترة من 27 إلى 29 آذار 2026، وذلك بهدف تقديم الخدمات القنصلية وتسهيل إنجاز معاملات المواطنين بشكل مباشر.
وشهدت الزيارة عقد عدد من اللقاءات المهمة بين القائم بالأعمال المؤقت ووجهاء وأبناء الجالية العراقية في مدينة دالاس، حيث جرى خلالها استعراض أوضاع الجالية والاطلاع على احتياجاتها ومتطلباتها. وقد عبّر المواطنون عن تقديرهم لهذه المبادرة التي أسهمت في تخفيف عناء السفر إلى مقر القنصلية، مشيدين بالجهود لتقديم الخدمات القنصلية بالقرب من أماكن إقامتهم.
من جانبه، أعرب القائم بالأعمال المؤقت عن بالغ شكره وتقديره لحسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة من قبل أبناء الجالية، مؤكداً أن القنصلية العامة تولي اهتماماً كبيراً بتقديم الخدمات للمواطنين، ومشدداً على استمرار تنظيم الزيارات الميدانية إلى ولايات أخرى مستقبلاً، بما يسهم في تلبية احتياجات أبناء الجالية العراقية وتذليل الصعوبات التي قد تواجههم.
As part of its ongoing commitment to providing the best services to members of the Iraqi community across various U.S. states, the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Texas – Houston, headed by Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Mr. Qutaiba Khaled Salih and with the participation of a consular delegation, organized a field visit to the city of Dallas from March 27 to 29, 2026. The visit aimed to provide consular services and facilitate the direct processing of citizens’ applications.
The visit included a number of important meetings between the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. and community leaders and members of the Iraqi community in Dallas, during which they reviewed the conditions of the community and discussed its needs and requirements. Citizens expressed their appreciation for this initiative, which helped ease the burden of traveling to the consulate’s headquarters, and commended the efforts to provide consular services closer to their places of residence.
For his part, the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for the warm reception and generous hospitality extended by members of the community. He affirmed that the Consulate General places great importance on providing services to citizens and emphasized its commitment to continuing field visits to other states in the future, in a way that contributes to meeting the needs of the Iraqi community and addressing any challenges they may face.
