القائم بالاعمال المؤقت للقنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تكساس يستقبل الشخصية العراقية السيد محمد ناصر

 استقبل القائم بالأعمال المؤقت في القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في تكساس – هيوستن، السيد قتيبة خالد صالح، يوم الخميس الموافق 23/10/2025، السيد محمد ناصر، مدير ادارة المشاريع في شركة (Honeywell)، والرئيس التنفيذي لأكاديمية أوبسنتس جلوبال للاستشارات والتدريب (OPPSNETS Global Academy)، في زيارة ودية إلى مقر القنصلية.

وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث سبل التعاون في مجالات الأمن السيبراني، والذكاء الاصطناعي، وأنظمة السيطرة والنظم، إذ قدّم السيد ناصر عرضاً حول المبادرات التي تطلقها الأكاديمية لتوفير دورات مجانية ومسجّلة في الولايات المتحدة والعراق، بهدف دعم قدرات الكوادر العراقية في المجالات التقنية الحديثة.

من جانبه، أشاد القائم بالأعمال المؤقت بالجهود التي يبذلها الخبراء العراقيون في الخارج، مؤكداً أهمية دعم المبادرات التي تسهم في تطوير القدرات الوطنية وتعزيز الشراكات الأكاديمية والتقنية بين البلدين.

The Acting Chargé d’Affaires at the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Texas – Houston, Mr. Qutaiba Khaled Salih, received on Thursday, October 23, 2025, Mr. Mohammed Naser, Senior Project Management at Honeywell, and Chief Executive Officer of OPPSNETS Global Academy for Consulting and Training, during a courtesy visit to the Consulate.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed avenues of cooperation in the fields of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, automation & control systems. Mr. Naser presented an overview of the initiatives launched by the Academy to provide free training courses in both the United States and Iraq, aimed at enhancing the technical capabilities of Iraqi professionals in modern technological fields.

For his part, the Acting Chargé d’Affaires commended the efforts of Iraqi experts abroad, emphasizing the importance of supporting initiatives that contribute to developing national capacities and strengthening academic and technological partnerships between the two countries.
