إطلاق النسخة الثالثة من مبادرة “أدرس في العراق” للعام الدراسي 2025-2026
تُعلن القنصلية العامة لجمهورية العراق في هيوستن عن إطلاق وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي النسخة الثالثة من مبادرة “أدرس في العراق” للعام الدراسي 2025-2026.
توفر المبادرة للطلبة الدوليين (من الدول العربية والأجنبية) فرصة التقديم على المنح الدراسية المجانية بالكامل (تشمل السكن والتأمين الصحي) وكذلك المنح النصف مجانية في الجامعات العراقية الحكومية والأهلية. تشمل المبادرة برامج الدراسات الأولية والدراسات العليا في جميع التخصصات الأكاديمية، بما فيها التخصصات الطبية والهندسية، على أن يكون آخر موعد للتقديم على برامج الدراسات الأولية هو 1/9/2025.
يشترط في المتقدم أن يكون من غير العراقيين (عرباً أو أجانب)، وأن يحمل شهادة دراسية غير عراقية، وألا يكون قد حصل مسبقاً على مقعد في إحدى الجامعات العراقية. كما يلتزم الطالب بعدم الجمع بين دراستين أو العمل اثناء فترة المنحة.

The Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Houston is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has launched the third edition of the “Study in Iraq” initiative for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The initiative offers international students (from both Arab and foreign countries) the opportunity to apply for fully funded scholarships (including housing and health insurance), as well as partial scholarships at Iraqi public and private universities. The program covers undergraduate and postgraduate studies in all academic fields, including medical and engineering disciplines. The applications for undergraduate programs remain open until September 1, 2025.
Applicants must be non-Iraqi (Arab or foreign), hold a non-Iraqi academic certificate, and must not have previously obtained a seat at an Iraqi university. Students are also required not to combine studies or work during the scholarship period.
