قامت الحكومة الالمانية اعتبارًا من 14/2/2021 بتصنيف جمهورية التشيك على أنها “منطقة خطرة ومثيرة للقلق” وأعادة السلطات الالمانية فرض ضوابط على الحدود، وسيسمح لعدد محدود من فئات المسافرين بالدخول من التشيك إلى ألمانيا (بعض فئات العمال العابرين للحدود وعمال النقل، ولكن ليس للعبور عبر ألمانيا إلى دول أخرى) وهذه الفئات المذكورة مُلزمة ان تُقدم نتيجة سلبية لأختبار PCR/Antigen لاتزيد مدتها عن 48 ساعة عند الدخول.
ويشمل الالتزام بتقديم اختبار سلبي أيضاً على الأشخاص الذين يعبرون التشيك، بما في ذلك عمال النقل
تماشياً مع هذه المستجدات ولأجل تجنب الازدحام المروري، تم تعديل شروط الدخول إلى جمهورية التشيك، حيث سيُلزم عمال النقل الذين يمرون عبر الاراضي التشيكية إلى المانيا ان يقدموا نتيجة سلبية لأختبار PCR/Antigenلا تزيد مدتها عن 36 ساعة عند الدخول إلى التشيك.
من أجل السيطرة الكافية على هذا الالتزام الجديد، سيتم تعزيز عمليات التفتيش التي يقوم بها عناصر الشرطة، وعليه
- تناشد السلطات التشيكية شركات النقل العبور إلى المانيا من خلال الاراضي التشيكية في الحالات الضرورية جداً فقط، حيث من المحتمل أن يحدث الازدحام المروري في المناطق الحدودية عند الدخول والخروج من التشيك.
- أن السلطات التشيكية لا تشجع الرعايا الأجانب على استخدام جمهورية التشيك للعبور الى المانيا ومنها إلى دول أخرى حيث لا يُسمح لهم بدخول المانيا.
تُطبق هذه الاجراءات في 14/2/2021 .
as of 14 February 2021, Germany will classify the Czech Republic as “an area of variant of concern” and at the same will reintroduce the border controls.
Entry to Germany from the Czech Republic will be allowed only to a limited number of categories of travellers(such as transport personnel or some categories of cross-border workers, but not for transit via Germany to other countries)who will be obliged to present a negative PCR/antigen test result not older than 48 hours on the entry. The obligation to present a negative test will apply also to persons transiting the Czech Republic, including transport workers.
In response to this situation and in order to avoid the traffic congestion, the conditions for entry into the Czech Republic were adjusted as well. Transport personnel who transit through the Czech Republic to Germany will be newly obliged to carry a negative PCR/antigen test result not older than 36 hours at the entry to the Czech Republic. In order to sufficiently control this new obligation, police checks will be strengthened.
Therefore,
– we strongly appeal to transport companies for using transit through the Czech Republic to Germany only in absolutely necessary cases as the traffic congestion at frontier areas both on entry and exit from the Czech Republic will probably occur.
– we strongly discourage all foreign nationals from using the Czech Republic for transit via Germany to other countries as they are not allowed to enter Germany.
The measure comes into effect on 14 February 2021.
