نرافق لكم اعمام وزارة التجارة / الدائرة القانونية/قسم الدراسات القانونية ذي العدد ٦٣٥٧ في ٤-٦-٢٠٢٥ ، المتضمن احكام البند (اولاً) من المادة (٨ ) من نظام تنظيم التجارة الالكترونية رقم (٤ ) لسنة ٢٠٢٥ (مرفق صورة عنه ربطاً) المتضمن المتطلبات والوثائق المطلوبة للتقديم على منصة التاجر الالكتروني التي سيتم انشاؤها من قبل الوزارة المذكورة من اجل اصدار الاجازة للتاجر الالكتروني ، ومرافقه التعهدات والوثائق الالزامية المطلوب ارفاقها.

E-Commerce Regulation System
We are hereby providing you with Circular No. 6357 of the Ministry of Commerce/Legal Department/Legal Studies Section, dated June 4, 2025, which includes the provisions of Clause (First) of Article 8 of the E-Commerce Regulation System No. 4 of 2025 (a copy of which is attached). This Circular includes the requirements and documents required for applying to the e-trader platform that will be established by the aforementioned ministry to issue licenses to e-traders, as well as the required pledges and mandatory document
