وصول نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية إلى الرياض في زيارة رسمية

وصل نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، السيد فؤاد حسين، إلى العاصمة السعودية الرياض، يوم الأحد الموافق 4 أيار 2025، في زيارة رسمية تهدف إلى تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية ومواصلة التشاور والتنسيق بين البلدين الشقيقين.

وكان في استقبال السيد الوزير لدى وصوله نائب وزير الخارجية السيد وليد بن عبدالكريم الخريجي ، وسفيرة جمهورية العراق لدى المملكة العربية السعودية، السيدة صفية طالب السهيل.

ومن المقرر أن يلتقي السيد فؤاد حسين نظيره السعودي، صاحب السمو الأمير فيصل بن فرحان، لبحث سبل تعزيز العلاقات بين العراق والمملكة العربية السعودية، إضافة إلى مناقشة المستجدات الإقليمية والدولية، والتحديات التي تواجه المنطقة، وسبل دعم العمل العربي المشترك.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Arrives in Riyadh on Official Visit

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, arrived today in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing coordination and consultation between the two brotherly countries.

Minister Hussein was received upon arrival by Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El Khereiji, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom Ms. Safia Taleb Al Souhail.

During the visit, the Minister is scheduled to hold talks with his counterpart His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The discussions will focus on advancing Iraqi-Saudi relations, addressing regional and international developments, examining the challenges facing the region, and supporting joint Arab action.
