Communication service with Iraqi competencies abroad

Based on the policy of the Ministry of Migration and Displacement for the purpose of attracting and investing Iraqi national competencies and minds abroad and within the electronic platform project (UR) for the purpose of facilitating communication with national competencies in the diaspora and knowing their opinions and suggestions and areas in which their expertise can be invested to support the sustainable development process.
