تهيب وزارة الخارجية ووزارة الدفاع العراقية بالمواطنين العراقيين كافة أو أي شخص يمتلك معلومات عن دفن مفترضة لرفات عراقيين أو كويتيين، فقدوا خلال حرب الخليج الثانية او جرائها، او اي معلومات عن اماكن وجود ممتلكات او محفوظات كويتية بما فيها الارشيف الكويتي، الى سرعة الادلاء بها والتواصل بشانها مع مركز وزارة الخارجية العراقية في بغداد او سفارات وقنصليات وبعثات جمهورية العراق المعتمدة في الخارج، وبعثة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الاحمر في بغداد، وذلك تماشياً مع متطلبات هذا الملف الانساني وتعبيراً عن حرص العراق حكومة وشعبا على بذل اقصى درجات التعاون المبني على اسس الاخوة وحسن النية وبما ينسجم مع التزامات العراق الدولية في هذا الشأن.

Humanitarian call

The Iraqi Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense call upon all Iraqi citizens or anyone who can provide information to the following bodies: 1) the headquarters of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Baghdad; 2) the Iraqi embassies and consulates accredited abroad; and 3) the International Committee of the Red Cross in Baghdad. The information relates to the default burial sites for Iraqis’ remains or Kuwaitis missing during the second Gulf War. Also, any data pertains to the location of properties or Kuwaiti records including the Kuwaiti archive. In accordance with the humanitarian requirements and an expression of Iraq’s keenness to make the utmost cooperation based on the foundations of brotherhood and good faith. This corresponds to Iraq’s intervention commitment in this regard.
