The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad
receives the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
H.E. Mr. Hamid Abbas Lafta, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, received H.E. Mr. Tariq Dahroug, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Islamabad, at the Embassy headquarters.
The Ambassador expressed his country’s cooperation with Egypt, the mother of the world, in all fields, especially the transfer of Egyptian experiences and expertise in the field of energy in Iraq, pointing to the strategic importance of relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, Mr. Dahroug expressed his happiness that Iraq had regained its international and regional position after it had recovered from terrorism, stressing his country’s support to provide all forms of support for the reconstruction of cities in Iraq.
