In the presence of a number of Pakistani Foreign Ministry officials, the former Pakistani Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nawabzada Malik Amad Khan, the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, and a number of Ambassadors of different countries accredited to Pakistan, in addition to a number of political figures.
On 23/09/2020, Diplomatic Focus organization for diplomatic media held a reception in honor of H.E. Hamid Abbas Lafta, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, at the Marriott Hotel / Islamabad.
The Ambassador delivered a speech on this occasion, extending his thanks to the attendees for their hospitality and reception, stressing upon Iraq’s desire to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to advance them.
On the other hand, a number of the attendees presented symbolic gifts to the Ambassador, wishing him success in his duties.
