Acting Chargé d’ Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad attends the international conference held in the Pakistani capital Islamabad under the slogan “Mercy to the worlds”. by islamabad · November 11, 2019 The Acting Chargé d’ Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad Counselor Mr. Abdul Salam Saddam attended, on 10/11/2019, the international conference hosted by the Government of Pakistan under the slogan “Mercy to the Worlds” on the occasion of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The international conference was attended by senior religious scholars and researchers from various countries and from several Islamic countries, as well as heads of diplomatic missions, ministers, parliamentarians and students. Attendees shed light on the biography of the Prophet and the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and its impact on the individuals and society. They agreed in their addresses that justice and merit are key factors to achieve success in making the country a welfare state and ensuring equal rights for all. Mr. Abdul Salam utilized this occasion to invite the Pakistani Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs Noor ul Haq Qadri, in addition to Sheikh Ammar Al-Hilali, Director of the Office of the Iraqi Religious Center Mohammad Al-Yaqoubi, and his accompanying delegation.
