Foreign Minister Meets with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir

Foreign Minister Mohamad A. Alhakim met with Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mr.  Adil Al-Jubair.

 During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and means of strengthening them to achieve common interests , and the regional and international issues of concern to the two brotherly countries. Minister Alhakim called for the importance of concerted efforts to resolve the crises effecting the region.

 The visions of the two sides were consistent with the adoption of the principle of dialogue to find political solutions and non-interference in the internal affairs of countries.

 This meeting comes in the context of an official visit by the Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi that is heading a high-level delegation of ministers and businessmen to Saudi Arabia in the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
