Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Receives Kuwaiti Ambassador to Discuss Bilateral Relations and Regional Developments

The Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Multilateral Relations and Legal Affairs Ambassador Shorsh Khalid Saeed, received the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Iraq Mr. Hassan Mohammed Zaman, at the Ministry’s headquarters.

The meeting included discussions on the current regional situation and the importance of maintaining stability. The two sides also reviewed a number of bilateral issues and explored ways to further strengthen the brotherly relations between the two countries in a manner that serves their mutual interests.

On his part, the Kuwaiti Ambassador expressed his gratitude to the Undersecretary for the warm welcome and generous hospitality. He also expressed his hope to continue fostering cooperation between the two countries in areas of mutual interest, in a way that fulfills the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
