Phone Call Between Minister Fuad Hussein and His Omani Counterpart on Israeli Attacks and Regional Developments

On Friday, June 13, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, to discuss the repercussions of the recent attacks carried out by the Israeli entity against the Islamic Republic of Iran, and their impact on regional and international security and stability.
Both ministers emphasized the importance of continuing negotiations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America, under the auspices of the Sultanate of Oman. They commended the ongoing efforts to advance dialogue and reach understandings that would contribute to easing tensions and promoting stability.
The call also touched on broader political and security developments in the region, and ways to enhance joint coordination in addressing current challenges through dialogue and diplomacy.
