Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Participates in Memorial Service for Late Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian 

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein participated on Sunday evening, May 18, 2025, in a memorial service held by the Iranian Foreign Ministry in honor of the late Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian. The service was held on the sidelines of the Minister’s visit to Tehran to participate in Tehran Dialogue Forum.
The memorial service was attended by a number of senior Iranian officials and high-ranking diplomatic figures, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions.

In his speech at the ceremony, Iranian Foreign Minister noted that the participation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein in the memorial service reflects the depth of the friendly relations between the two countries and reflects the mutual appreciation between the two sides.

The Minister’s participation in the memorial service affirms the depth of the fraternal relations between the two countries and an appreciation of the role the late Iranian Foreign Minister played in developing frameworks for bilateral cooperation.
