Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Receives Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahead of Arab Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Baghdad

Baghdad, May 15, 2025 

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, received Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Badr Abdelatty, ahead of the Arab Foreign Ministers’ Council meeting held at the Government Palace in Baghdad, in preparation for the 34th Arab Summit, which Baghdad will host on May 17.

Minister Hussein welcomed his Egyptian counterpart and expressed appreciation for Egypt’s active participation in the meetings. He also highlighted the important role Egypt plays in supporting joint Arab action and strengthening solidarity among Arab countries in the face of current challenges.
