Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Arrives in Muscat on an Official Visit

On 30 April 2025, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, arrived in Muscat, Oman on an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Iraq and the Sultanate of Oman. 

During the visit, the Minister is scheduled to meet with a number of Omani officials, most prominently Oman’s Foreign Minister his excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Albusaidi, to exchange views on regional and international developments and current challenges.

The welcoming ceremony was attended by Iraq’s Ambassador to Muscat Mr. Qais Al Ameri, and the Embassy staff.
