With great sadness and sorrow, the Foreign Ministry mourns the former Ambassador Mr. Arshad Tawfiq, who passed away after a career full of giving and service to his country and people.

On this painful occasion, the Foreign Ministry extends its deepest condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, his colleagues and loved ones, asking Allah the Almighty to rest the deceased soul in peace, and to grant his family and relatives patience and solace.
