Iraqi Chargé d’Affaires in Doha Visits Iraqi Olympic Football Team

The Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Doha Dr. Ahmed Sabeeh Al Naqqash, accompanied by the embassy staff, visited the Iraqi Olympic football team delegation on April 11, 2024, which is participating in the AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar that is qualified for Paris 2024 Olympics.

The Chargé d’Affaires affirmed the embassy’s support for the Olympic team, expressing his hope that the aspirations of the sports fans will be fulfilled by getting the qualifying card to the Paris Olympics.

On his part, the head of the Olympic team delegation Captain Ghanem Oraibi, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the embassy for its support and for following them continuously.
