Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Chairs a Roundtable Discussion Organized by Atlantic Council in Washington

At the invitation of the Atlantic Council, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein chaired a roundtable discussion organized by the Council at its headquarters in Washington DC, with the participation of a group of researchers on March 25, 2024.

During the discussion several key topics were discussed, including the situation in Iraq and the region, the relations with the United States of America, and the upcoming visit of the Prime Minister to the United States of America.

The conversation also touched on the future of the global coalition forces in Iraq, as well as the ongoing negotiations in this regard, and the war in Gaza and its impact on the region, Additionally the discussion focused on the Development Road project and its economic and political dimensions.
