The Ambassador of Iraq in Spain Dr. Adel Mustafa Kamel presented his credentials to his Majesty the King of Spain Felipe VI as Ambassador Extraordinaire and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Spain at a ceremony held at the Royal Palace in Madrid on 27/11/2019.
