Chargé d’ Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Yerevan met the Rector of Eurasia International University

Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Yerevan Dr. Suhailan M. Khaleel Al-Joubouri met with the Rector of the Eurasia International University Mr. Suren Ohanyan and the accompanying delegation on March 29 at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Yerevan.

During the meeting, there was discussion on the possible ways of deepening cooperation in the cultural and educational spheres between the Eurasian International University and the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Yerevan, also the possibilities of concluding university partnership agreements with Iraqi universities.  These collaborations are aimed at increasing the number of Iraqi students in Armenia and facilitating the process of recognizing existing professions in the curricula of Eurasia International University by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It is worth mentioning that the most important issues that face Iraqi students in Armenia were touched upon during the meeting.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Ruben Markosyan, Vice-Rector of Eurasia University and Mr. Hakob Parsa, Director of the Center for International Relations at the University. The embassy was represented by counselor Mr. Methaq Rashad Zabar and Second Secretary Mr. Saad Fadallah Hamza.
