Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Yerevan participated in a lecture

Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Yerevan Dr. Suhailan M. Khaleel Al-Joubouri participated in a lecture entitled “Armenian-Egyptian Relations: current trends and prospects” presented by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Armenia Mr. Bahaa El Din Bahgat Dessouki. The lecture was held on March 16 at the Institute of Oriental studies, NAS RA. The lecture was attended by the former Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia in the Arab Republic of Egypt,  Head of the Department of the Middle East and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, RA Mr. Armen Melkonyan, as well as by a number of lecturers, students, diplomats and researchers.

During the lecture, there was a reference to the Armenian-Egyptian bilateral relations, which were formed in the political, economic, cultural and educational fields. The lecture coincided with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
