The Embassy hosts a luncheon in honor of H.E. Ambassador Jonas Lovén on the occasion of his appointment as the new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Iraq.

Chargé d’Affairs a.i., Mr. Pewan Zawitai, hosted on Friday 13th a luncheon in honor of Ambassador Jonas Lovèn on the auspicious occasion of His Excellency’s appointment as new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Iraq. Distinguished guests were Ambassador Magnus Hellgren, head of Middle East and North African (MENA) Department, Ms. Moa Linjer from MENA Department, Ms. Magdalena Tham Lindell from Folke Bernadotte Academy and Dr. Martina Klimes from Swedish International Water Institute, wishing Ambassador Jonas Lovén all the best with his new position and looking forward to further strengthening existing excellent relations between Iraq & Sweden.
