The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq H.E. Lina Omar met with Professor Bozhidar Yordanov, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Medical University – Sofia

Ambassador Lina Omar held a meeting with the Dean of thе Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University – Sofia. During the meeting the Dean welcomed the Ambassador and expressed his congratulations on her appointment as Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Bulgaria. . On her side, the Ambassador expressed her gratitude for the good welcome, emphasizing the desire to strengthen scientific and cultural relations  between the two countries . During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the possibility of exchanging scientific experience, visiting and conducting training seminars for students and teachers between the Medical University – Sofia and the University of Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya or other prestigious universities in Iraq in the field of the Medicine.

 At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador expressed her satisfaction of the meeting and invited  the Dean, prof.  Yordanov to visit Iraq, for the purpose to  learn more about the achievements of  a  number of Iraqi universities in the field of  the Medicine.
