Meeting of the Ambassador with the Commandant of the Military Academy in Sofia Major General Todor Dochev

H. E. Ambassador Lina Omar along with Major General Farooq Al-Tikriti, Official Representative of the President of the Defense University for Military Studies (DUFMS) and the University’s Liaison Officer to the NATO Mission in Iraq, participated in the closing ceremonies of the training course which was held in the period from November 13 to 17, 2023 for a group of trainees from Iraq at the                  “ G.S. Rakovski “Military Academy with NATO lecturers. This course is part of NATO’s DEEP program to enhance defense education.

 The goal of the program is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to develop effective lesson plans and curriculum design using innovative teaching methodologies and technologies
