The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, a “non-profit political institution concerned with supporting of democracy, the rule of law and the promotion of peace”, invited the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Bulgaria, Mrs. Lina Omar, to attend the first conference of the Council, which was held under the theme “The Diverse Roles of Women in the green transition. Important topics related to promoting green transition and the contribution of women, their role in promoting and accelerating green transformation, and how to contribute to sustainable change within the diverse functions in the forests of countries and interaction of their societies, were discussed.
