The Deputy Director of the Iraqi Defence Industries Commission visited the Iraqi Embassy
On June 6, 2022, the Deputy Director of the Iraqi Military Production Commission, Ali Fakhri Abdalhamza, and the accompanying delegation visited the Iraqi Embassy in Sofia, where they were welcomed by the Iraqi Ambassador, H.E. Mrs. Lina Omar and the diplomatic mission staff. The visit is part of the official visit of the delegation to the Bulgarian capital.
During the meeting with the Iraqi delegation, Ambassador Omar expressed hope that the official visit was successful and fruitful for the Iraqi country, and wished the delegation future similar visits.
The Ambassador stressed the importance of the successful communication between the Iraqi Embassy and the Bulgarian government in order to strengthen contacts and ties between the two countries, emphasizing the embassy’s readiness to overcome possible obstacles to the successful realization of Iraq’s goals.
For his part, the Deputy Director of the Iraqi Industries commission, Eng. Abdalhamza praised the efforts of the Embassy and the good organization, as well as the role of the mission for the success of the visit and its goals, through continuous and constructive communication with the Bulgarian side to visit a number of Bulgarian military factories and companies.
At the end of the visit, Eng. Abdalhamza presented a souvenir to the Embassy and expressed hope for future visits.
